This is a mind-body healing practice which intends to assist in easing discomfort in the physical body and any related emotional stagnation. It is a psychosomatic approach to connecting and clearing from the level of the cellular memory. It is a pleasure to provide an empathic experience for your self-healing care.

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in combination with Reiki Energy Healing. All sessions are customized and may include a variety of healing modalities including: breathwork, guided meditation, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, aromatherapy, tuning-fork vibrational therapy, crystal bowl vibrational therapy, crystal therapy, and hot-stone therapy.

Spirit Medicine Reiki and Vibrational Therapy
Reiki energy healing in combination with breathwork, vibrational/sound medicine, crystal therapy, and cranial sacral therapy.

Spirit Medicine Scalp and Face Therapy
A warmed-oil healthy scalp essential oil blend is massaged onto the scalp and hair followed by a face/neck/shoulder massage with reiki.

Spirit Medicine Dance
This is a light and easeful-flowing embodiment practice that combines dance, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Movement with divine intention activates our source energy and quickly elevates our vibrational frequencies, clearing stagnation in the physical, emotional, and metal bodies. We begin with grounding-in and setting our intentions, followed by a yoga-based warm-up, then flowing into easy to follow guided-meditative movement. We create a sacred container for moving in self-loving ways and calling our spirits back into our bodies.

Spirit Medicine Journey
Take yourself on a meditative journey to connect with your spirit and animal helpers in the non-ordinary realms of existence. You will be guided by drum, and inner vision, into a state of consciousness where you may access insights, messages, and assistance from all-compassionate beings who are waiting to aid you along your journey. This can be a very profound experience, and one that may bring healing in various capacities. The shamanic journey may be taken as a group or as an individual experience.
